Collabo Create Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Collabo Create) shall fulfill the social responsibility as a company and set forth this privacy policy in order to comply with the laws and regulations related to privacy information protection to ensure security to protect the privacy information in the possession of Collabo Create and Collabo Create is proactive to protect the privacy information.
- 1.As to acquisition and use of privacy information
- Collabo Create may acquire privacy information for executing the operation to the extent required. Collabo Create shall clarify the purpose of use in order to acquire privacy information properly and equitably.
- 2.Submission of privacy information
- Collabo Create may submit privacy information in order to provide smooth services. Collabo Create shall submit the privacy information to the extent required. And Collabo Create shall clarify the receiver of information and notify the person concerning the information for agreement with submission, otherwise, Collabo Create will take appropriate actions including suspension of the submission. However, this may not be applied in case required to submit the information by the laws and regulations in order to support public organizations including police and court of justice to protect life or proper ty.
- 3.Secured management of privacy information
- Collabo Create shall execute required and proper information protection measures in order to protect privacy information against loss, leak, damage, falsification, etc.
- 4.Consignment of privacy information
- Collabo Create may consign use of privacy information to subcontractors in order to provide smooth services. In this case, Collabo Create shall enter and maintain the agreement with the subcontractor to ensure proper handing of the privacy information.
- 5.Joint use of privacy information
- Collabo Create will notify the person concerning the privacy information and clarify the specific details including the extent of joint usage, items and purpose, etc. in advance.
- 6.Respect for personal rights of privacy information
- Collabo Create shall respect for the personal rights of the privacy information and take proper actions to the request by the person concerning the privacy information or its dully certified agent for suspension of disclosure, correction, deletion or use of the privacy information.
- 7.Compliance with regulations and guideline concerning privacy information protection
- Collabo Create shall comply with the regulations of privacy information protection and guidelines enacted by the industry group applicable to the operations of Collabo Create.
- 8.Notification and announcement of privacy policy
- Collabo Create will notify and announce privacy policy concerning the entire organization publicly. And Collabo Create will notify and announce individual privacy policy in writing or verbally.
- 9.Maintenance and improvement of privacy information protection
- Collabo Create shall disseminate the privacy policy to the directors, employees and other relevant persons and perform periodica lreviews to ensure proper use of privacy information and conduct continuous improvement on the privacy information protection.
